摘要
近年来,随着农村经济的发展和农村居民生活水平的提高,农民的文化消费需求在不断上升。农村文化消费成为促进我国农村文化产业发展,拉动农村经济发展的新增长点。总体上讲,我国农村文化消费水平有所提高,但仍存在农村文化消费总量偏低、农村居民文化消费结构不尽合理、文化消费方式单一及农民消费品位较低的问题。在综合分析了制约我国农村文化消费提高的因素后,作者认为,应当采取增加农民收入、创新农民文化消费观、加强农村文化队伍建设、加强农村文化基础建设等措施,激发农民文化需求,培养农民文化消费热情,才能进一步扩大和提高农民文化消费。
Farmers" demand for cultural consumption continues to rise with the development of the rural economy and the improvement of the rural residents" living standards in recent years. While rural culture consumption level has increased, there still exist problems such as irrational structure, single patterns and low grade products. Based on comprehensive analysis, the author proposes that we should increase farmers" income, innovate farmers" cultural consumption concept, strengthen rural cultural team building and rural cultural infrastructure, stimulate farmers" cultural needs and enthusiasm.
