“实景化”教学模式在会计综合实训中的应用——以湖南工程学院为例 被引量:4

摘要 会计学专业实践性比较强,传统的教学模式的刻板乏味势必影响教学效果。为培养和提高会计类专业人才的自身职业素养和综合专业技能,采用新的会计综合实训教学模式势在必行。湖南工程学院借鉴"双元制"和"教学工厂"等国际先进教育理念,探索和实践了以"实景化"为主的会计综合实训教学模式,通过构建以工作任务和工作过程为导向的实训课程体系,使"实景化"实训教学突破仿真实训的瓶颈,从而卓有成效的提升学生的综合职业技能。 Accounting needs much practice.The boring teaching mode of traditional teaching is bound tO affect the teaching effect.It is imperative to cultivate and improve the professional quality and compre- hensive professional skills of accounting professionals,and adopt the new comprehensive training mode of accounting.With the ideas of "dual system"and "teaching'factory",Hunan Institute of Engineering has explored and practiced the integrated practical training teaching mode based on "real scene".Through building a practical training course system guided by work tasks and working process,we can make real training teaching break through the bottleneck of simulation training,so as to effectively improve students'comprehensive vocational skills.
