摘要
针对当前铁路车载专业培训系统缺少对设备运行状态实时映射、培训内容仿真度不足等问题,利用数字孪生虚实模型精确映射、数据实时仿真分析的技术特点,基于CINEMA 4D+Unity3D平台及数字孪生五维模型,提出一种铁路机车车载设备数字孪生体的构建方法。该方法通过分析物理设备运行状态、构建高保真虚拟设备模型,以及优化孪生数据采集方式,实现实时驱动虚拟设备状态显示及设备运行状态分析等功能;最后通过构建铁路机车车载设备培训系统,实现面向参培学员的实时培训指导。通过试验验证了该方法的可行性,并为铁路其他相关设备的数字孪生体构建提供了技术参考。
Aiming at the lack of real-time mapping of equipment operation status and insufficient simulation of training content in the current railway on-board professional training system,a construction method of digital twin for railway locomotive on-board equipment is proposed based on the CINEMA 4D+Unity3D platform and the digital twin five-dimensional model,using the technical characteristics of accurate mapping of digital twin virtual and real models and real-time data simulation analysis.This method realizes the functions of real-time driving virtual equipment status display and equipment operation status analysis by analyzing the operation status of physical equipment,building a high-fidelity virtual equipment model,and optimizing the twin data acquisition mode.Finally,the training system of railway locomotive on-board equipment is constructed to realize the real-time training guidance for participating trainees.Experiments show that this method is feasible,and provides a technical reference for the construction of digital twins of railway related equipment.
