摘要
在新一代信息技术快速发展和广泛应用的背景下,数字孪生技术下的虚拟孪生模型,相较于以往的模型呈现出前所未有的特征与优势:能够实现对物理原型的多维多时空尺度刻画,能够基于算法和数据双驱动实现与物理原型之间的精准映射与虚实融合,能够在物理原型的全生命周期内实现动态重构与自主孪生。在“数字孪生五维模型”基础上描绘了一幅“基于模型的数字孪生图解”以对数字孪生模型的构建、运作与应用进行具体分析。数字孪生模型方法的应用是对人类以往认识世界方法的最新突破,由此也带来了人们认知方式与思维模式的转变。基于模型的数字孪生正是在“需求思维、模型思维、协同思维”的指导下,不断进行着模型构建与协同合作新方法的尝试,以期通过技术实现造福于人类社会。
In the context of the rapid development and wide application of the new generation of information technology,compared with previous models,the virtual twin model under digital twin technology presents unprecedented characteristics and advantages:it can realize the multi-dimensional and multi-spatial and temporal scale description of the physical prototype,it can realize the accurate mapping and virtual-real fusion between physical prototype and virtual twin model based on algorithm and data dual drive,and it can realize the dynamic reconfiguration and autonomous twin in the whole life cycle of the physical prototype.Based on the“five-dimensional digital twin model”,this paper describes a“model-based digital twin diagram”to concretely analyze the construction,operation and application of the digital twin model.The application of the digital twin model method is the latest breakthrough of human’s previous way of understanding the world,which also brings about the transformation of people’s cognitive way and thinking mode.Under the guidance of“demand thinking,model thinking and collaborative thinking”,model-based digital twin is constantly trying new methods of model building and collaborative cooperation,in order to benefit human society through technology.
