摘要
目的:探索螺旋藻中藻蓝蛋白色素的提取工艺。方法:以螺旋藻为原料,提取率为指标,研究溶液浓度、温度、提取时间、料液比、溶剂种类对提取藻蓝蛋白色素的影响,并通过响应面法优化提取藻蓝蛋白色素提取条件。结果:螺旋藻中藻蓝蛋白色素最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶30 g/mL,柠檬酸三钠浓度1.54%,提取时间6.72 h,提取温度18.97℃。在此优化工艺下,藻蓝蛋白色素提取得率为48.69%,比值达1.23。结论:该工艺提取藻蓝蛋白色素操作简单、提取率高,可为大规模生产提供一定理论依据。
Objective :To explore the extraction technology of phycocyanin from spirulina.Methods :Using Spirulina as raw material and extraction rate as the index,the effects of solution concentration,temperature,extraction time,ratio of material liquid and solvent type on the phycocyanin extraction were studied.The extraction conditions ofphycocyanin were optimized by response surface method.Results ;The optimum conditions for phycocyanin from spirulina were :Ratio of material to liquid 1:30g/mL,trisodium citrate concentration 1.54%,extraction time 6.72 hours,and extraction temperature 18.97℃ .Under the optimized process,phycocyanin extraction yield was 48.69%, and the ratio was 1.23.Conclusion ;The extraction technology is simple to operate with high extraction rate,which can provide a theoretical basis for large-scale production.
