摘要
目的 优化紫苏叶挥发油的提取工艺。方法 以料液比、浸泡时间、加热时间为考察因素,紫苏叶挥发油提取率和紫苏醛含量为评价指标,利用单因素试验及Box-Behnken响应面法优化紫苏叶挥发油的提取工艺。结果 优选的紫苏叶挥发油提取工艺:前处理方法为剪碎,料液比1∶17,浸泡时间0.70 h,加热时间2 h。该条件下得到紫苏叶挥发油提取率与紫苏醛含量均较高。结论 本研究通过响应面分析法将紫苏叶挥发油提取率与紫苏醛含量结合起来,分析两个评价指标与多个考察因素间的回归关系,选择出最优提取工艺,为紫苏叶挥发油的进一步开发提供参考。
Objective To optimize the extraction of volatile oil from perillae folium. Methods The solid-liquid ratio, soaking time and heating time were taken as factors, the extraction rate of volatile oil from perillae folium and perillaldehyde content as the evaluation indexes. The single factor experiment and Box-Behnken response surface methodology were used to optimize the extraction of volatile oil from perillae folium. Results The optimal extraction of volatile oil from perillae folium was as follows: the pre-treatment included cutting into pieces, with solid-liquid ratio at 1: 17,soaking time at 0.70 h, and the heating for 2 h. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of volatile oil and the content of perillaldehyde were higher. Conclusion The extraction rate of volatile oil and perillaldehyde content are combined by response surface analysis, and the regression between evaluation indexes and multiple factors is analyzed. The response surface and contour lines are studied to select the optimal extraction process, providing a reference for further development of volatile oil from perillae folium.
