摘要
目的 :探讨中草药及常用抗生素对绿脓杆菌的抑菌作用。方法 :琼脂扩散法。结果 :对绿脓杆菌具有抑菌作用的中草药 15种 ,抗生素 6种 ,其中五味子、山茱萸、山楂、石榴皮、金银花及丁胺卡那霉素、庆大霉素等具有强抑菌作用 ,抑菌圈直径在 2 0mm以上。结论
Objective:to research bacteriostatic effect of chinese herbs and commonly used antibiotic on P.aeruginosa.Methods:Spread methods of agar.Results:Fifteen sorts of those herbs and six sorts of those antibiotics have bacteriostatic effect on P.aeruginosa,among those,Schisadrae Fruit;Dogwood Fruit;Hawthorn fruit;Pomegranate pericarp;Honeysuckle Flower and Amikin ;Gentamicin and so on have strong bacteriostatic efect.Diameter of bacteriostatic circle is above twenty millimetre.Conclusion:The experiment shows that many sorts of chinese herbs and antibiotics have bacteriostatic effect.
