摘要
采用实验室研究与盆栽试验相结合的方法,开展龙胆草、金银花等20种中草药提取液对大花蕙兰软腐病菌的抑菌试验,结果发现:有5种中草药提取液对软腐病菌具有明显抑菌作用,以乌梅的抑菌效果最好,其次是丹参、金樱子、百部和五倍子;乌梅提取液30 mg.mL-1对盆栽大花蕙兰软腐病的抑制效果达到80%。可为大花蕙兰软腐病的新型植物源农药的开发提供参考。
In order to find a new botanical pesticides to combat soft rot of Cymbidium,the inhibitory effects of 20 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine from the laboratory and field trials,the results showed that 5 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines had a significant inhibitory effect on the soft rot.From the experimental results,the ebony had the best inhibitory effect,followed by Salvia miltiorrhiza,Rosa laevigata,Stemona sessilifolia and gall,the control effect with ebony concentration 30mg/mLs was up to 80% in the control effect of the pot experiment.
