中药对临床耐药菌株的体外抑菌试验观察 被引量:37

In vitro Traditional Chinese Materia Medica-containing Serum Bacteriostatic Test of Clinical Resistant Isolates: A Current Investigation

摘要 目的了解甲氧西林耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)及超广谱β内酰胺酶(ESBLs)阳性肠杆菌科细菌,对中药制剂“肺炎1号”的敏感性,为耐药菌株的治疗寻找新的途径。方法采用血清药理学检测方法,用不同浓度中药含药进行耐药菌株的抑菌试验。结果通过“肺炎1号”含药血清对临床分离的MRSA菌株、产ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌的抑菌试验表明最低血清抑菌滴度与阴性对照组比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);与阳性对照组比较,对MRSA菌株差异无显著性(P>0.05),而对产ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌差异亦有显著性(P<0.05),抑菌效果优于阳性组。结论采用本院自制中药复方制剂“肺炎1号”含药血清对临床分离的MRSA菌株和产ESBLs的肺炎克雷伯菌株进行抑菌试验,表现出较明显的抑菌作用,为拓宽中药制剂的用药范围,减轻耐药菌株的药物压力奠定了一定基础。 OBJECTIVE To acquire the susceptibility of meticillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) strains and extended spectrum β-lactamases (ESBLs) producing Enterobacteriaceae isolates to a traditional Chinese ~materia ~medica (TCMM) compound preparation Pneumonia No.1, and to find out a new therapeutical approach for resistance isolates. METHODS Using the TCMM-containing serum of different concentrations to do in vitro bacteriostatic test of resistant strains. RESULTS There were very significant differences (P<0.01) in ~minimal ~inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the TCMM-containing serum and the negative contrast serum needed to inhibit MRSA or ESBLs-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae effectively; there was significant difference (P<0.05) ~in MIC of the TCMM-containing serum and the positive ~contrast serum needed to inhibit ESBLs-producing ~K. pneumoniae effectively, and no significant difference (P>0.05) in ~MIC of the TCMM-containing serum and the positive ~contrast serum needed to inhibit MRSA effectively. Moreover, the TCMM-containing serum could inhibit ESBLs-producing ~K. pneumoniae more effectively than the positive contrast serum could do. CONCLUSIONS MRSA and ESBLs-producing K. pneumoniae clinical isolates were inhibited significantly in vitro by the TCMM-containing serum of Pneumonia No.1.
