摘要
为了解骨康对成骨细胞及骨形成的影响 ,采用从新生大鼠颅骨中分离出的成骨细胞 ,用酶法建立成骨细胞体外培养体系 ,观测中药含药血清对成骨细胞矿化结节和Ⅰ 型胶原的影响。结果发现成骨细胞培养加含药血清后 ,成骨细胞内 Ⅰ 型胶原表达升高。说明含药血清可促进成骨细胞合成 Ⅰ 型胶原 ,从而促进骨形成。
The aim of this study is to evaluate the influence of 'GUKANG' (a TCD preparation for bone rehabilitation) on osteoblasts and bone formation. Osteoblasts were isolated from newborn rat cranial bone; the in-vitro cultivating system of osteoblasts was set up by zymologic method; and the influence of TCD-containing serum was observed on mineralized nodes and type-I collagen synthesis of osteoblasts. From the results,it was found that the type-I collagen expression in the osteoblasts was raised after adding TCD-containing serum to the osteoblasts cultivation media,suggesting that TCD-containing serum can stimulate osteoblasts to synthesize type-I collagen synthesis and thus to promote bone formation.
