摘要
对高强度耐水性包装纸试制过程中纤维原料的选择、化学助剂,如增干强剂、增湿强剂及阳离子助留剂的添加工艺参数及作用效果等问题,进行了较为系统的研究。结果表明:采用废纸与本色针叶木KP浆的配抄工艺,在添加适宜的化学助剂条件下,可制造出合乎预定质量指标要求的高强度耐水性包装纸。
The fiber species and adding technology of wet end chemical additives such as dry/wet strength additives(carbonxymethyl cellulose and polyamide epichlorohydrin resin)and alum in the high strength and waterproof packaging papermaking process were studied in this paper. With an optimum chemical additives adding condition, a target paper product with satisfactory physical properties can be obtained based on the furnish of 40% softwood fiber and 60% old magazine waste(OMG).
