可再生资源利用下纸浆模塑绿色包装材料的性能研究

摘要 为顺应以可降解与可回收利用包装材料保护生态环境的良好形势,可再生资源利用与绿色包装理念提倡采用可取代塑料的绿色包装材料,以纸代塑为原则的纸浆模塑应运而生。以阔叶木化学机械浆、竹材化学浆、针叶木化学浆、蔗渣化学浆等为原料改性制备了纸浆模塑绿色包装材料,并对其性能进行了表征分析。结果表明,以针叶木-蔗渣混合浆制纸浆模塑绿色包装材料机械性能与卫生性能整体表现更优;淀粉用量为1.5g时,以针叶木-蔗渣混合浆制纸浆模塑绿色包装材料机械性能与卫生性能整体表现更佳;纸浆模塑绿色包装材料符合可再生资源利用理念且综合性能良好,以其取代塑料包装能促进包装业健康可持续发展。 In order to comply with the good situation of protecting the ecological environment with biodegradable and recyclable packaging materials,the concept of renewable resource utilization and green packaging advocates the use of green packaging materials with recyclable plastics,and pulp molding based on the principle of paper replacing plastic born in response to the times.A pulp molded green packaging material is prepared by modifying broadleaf wood chemical mechanical pulp,bamboo chemical pulp,coniferous wood chemical pulp,bagasse chemical pulp,and other raw materials,and its properties are characterized and analyzed.The results show that the mechanical and sanitary properties of green packaging materials made from mixed pulp of coniferous wood and bagasse are generally better;when the starch dosage is 1.5g,the mechanical and sanitary properties of the green packaging material molded from coniferous wood bagasse mixed pulp are better overall;pulp molded green packaging materials are in line with the concept of renewable resource utilization and have good comprehensive performance,replacing plastic packaging with them will become the mainstream of healthy and sustainable development in the packaging industry.
