摘要
采用正交实验,分别对尿素与甲醛的摩尔比、反应温度、pH值和反应时间这几个在制备脲醛树脂(UF)时最主要的影响因素进行了研究,以寻求最佳的实验参数,并考察不同的脲醛树脂添加量对纸张增湿强效果的影响。
The experiment comprise of production methods, the ratio of the molecular of the urea and the formal-dehyde,the temperature,the pH,the reaction time and other main factors effecting the production of UF ,then acquire the best condition of the experiment. The infection of different append quantity of the UF resin in a paper sheet was discussed simultaneity.
