摘要
研究了使用阳离子聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷树脂(PAE)和阴离子羧甲基纤维素(CMC)连续处理纸浆纤维的二元增强系统。确定加入量后进行纸浆性能测试,实验结果证明在用量相同的情况下,PAE/CMC二元增强系统对纸张干湿强度的增强作用优于单独使用PAE或CMC;PAE与CMC二元增强系统中的加入顺序对增强效果的影响不大。
A dual strengthening system was developed of cationic polyelectrolyte polyamideamine epichlorohydrine (PAE) and anionic poly- electrolyte carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) for continuous treatment of pulp. After the addition of PAE and CMC, the results of pulp performance testing indicated that when the dosages were the same, the dual PAE/CMC strengthening system had a better effect on the sheet dry-wet strength properties than that with PAE or CMC solely, and the adding order had no distinct influence on the strengthening effect.
