摘要
本论文通过硫酸水解法制备了纳米微晶纤维素,得出了制备的最佳条件为:硫酸浓度30%,水解温度50℃,水解时间3h;并通过原子力显微镜(AFM)扫描对所制备的纳米微晶纤维素的形貌尺寸进行了表征;然后研究了聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)纳/米微晶纤维素二元湿强体系对纸张湿强度的影响,并与单独加入PAE及PAE微/晶纤维素(MCC)二元湿强体系进行了对比,其湿强效果提高明显;最后研究了PAE纳/米微晶纤维素二元湿强体系的不同加入方法对所抄造纸张的相对湿强度的影响。
In this paper,nano microcrystal cellulose was prepared by acid hydrolysis method,and the best preparation conditions were as follows: sulfuric acid concentration of 30%,hydrolysis temperature of 50℃ and hydrolysis time of 3h.And then,the topography and size of nano microcrystal cellulose were characterized by atomic force microscope(AFM).What's more,the binary-strengthening system consisted of polyamine epichlorohydrin(PAE) and nano microcrystal cellulose were studied,The result was better than that of PAE and PAE/ microcrystal cellulose binary-strengthening system in wet strength,Finally,the effect of different adding strategies with PAE/nano microcrystal cellulose was discussed.
