摘要
元认知是对认知活动进行反思的知识系统 ,是对认知的认知。有效的阅读过程是一个认知活动过程 ,更是一个元认知活动过程。阅读的基本目的是从阅读材料中获得意义 ,为此必须运用元认知知识和技能对阅读过程进行检验、澄清、反思和监控 。
Metacognition is the knowledge system drawn on cognitive activities. Efficient reading involves cognitive as well as metacognitive processes. To extract meaning from reading texts, learners are supposed to apply metacognitive knowledge and relevant skills so as to check, clarify, reflect and monitor what they are reading and in turn, further improve their metacognitive ability.
