摘要
本文基于硫酸存在下 ,微量邻菲罗啉阻碍溴酸钾氧化次甲基绿褪色反应 ,建立了催化光度法测微量邻菲罗啉的新方法。线性范围为 0 .2 - 0 .8mg/ 2 5m L和 0 .8- 1.2 mg/ 2 5m L,方法检出限为 2 .51μg/ m L。用于样品中微量邻菲罗啉的测定 。
In sulfuric acid medium,the preventive action of o phenanthroline hydrate on the oxidation of methylene green by potassium bromate was studied.A catalytic spectrophotometic method for the determination of minim o phenanthroline hydrate was established.The determination linear range of o phenanthroline hydrate is 0.2-0.8mg/25mL and 0.8-1.2mg/25mL.The detection limit is 2.51×10 -6 g/mL.This method has been used for the determinaton of minim o phenanthroline hydrate in samples with satisfactory results.
