摘要
研究了在Na_2HPO_4_NaOH介质中,Mn(Ⅱ)催化高碘酸钾氧化镁试剂1[4-(对硝基苯偶氮)间苯二酚〕的反应及其动力学条件,建立了一种高灵敏、高选择性测定痕量Mn(Ⅱ)的新方法.可测0.01~2.5μg/25mL范围的锰(Ⅱ),方法的检测限为6.43×10^(-11)g/mL.
A method was studied for the determination of trace manganese which can catalyze the discoloring reaction of potassium periodate to oxidize magneson I in Na2HPO4-NaOH solution, and the kinetic condition was also studied, the method has high sensitivity and selectivity for determining trace manganese in samples. The range of determination is 0. 01-2. 5 μg/25 mL, and the detection limit is 6. 43× 10-11g/mL.
