摘要
本文基于在邻菲罗啉活化下,锰(Ⅱ)对高碘酸钾氧化罗丹明B褪色的催化作用,建立了痕量锰的反相流动注射分析(rFIA)方法。方法的线性范围为0~50μg/L,检测下限为0.7μg/L锰(Ⅱ)。对20μg/L锰(Ⅱ)测定九次的相对标准偏差为1.8%,进样频率不少于60次/h.方法应用于水样和标准镁合金样品分析,结果满意。
Arapid catalytic spectrophotometricmethod for thedetermination of trace man-ganese based on manganese catalyzing deco-loration reaction of rhodamine B with potas-sium periodate in the presence of1,10-phenanthroline has been established by re-verse flow injection technique. The linearrange is 0~50μg/L and the detection limit is0.7μg/L, The relative standard deviation is1.8%obtained from 9 standard solutionscontaining 20μg/Lof manganese. More than60 samples can be analysed pe hour.Themethod was applied to the determination ofmanganese in natural waters and magnesiumalloys.
