摘要
研究了在酸性介质中,抗坏血酸对过氧化氢氧化次甲基蓝褪色反应具有显著的催化作用,建立了催化光度法测定痕量抗坏血酸的新方法。线性范围为0.7~35μg·mL-1,检出的下限为2.48×10-9g·mL-1。用于药品、尿液、饮料中抗坏血酸的测定。
In acidic medium, the catalytic action of
ascorbic acid on the oxidation of methylene blue by hydrogen peroxide was studied. A novel
catalytic spectrophotometry for the determination of trace ascorbic acid was established. The
linear range of ascorbic acid determination is 0.7-35 gmL-1. This limit of detection is 2.4810-9
gmL-1. This method has been used for the determination of trace ascorbic acid in medicaments,
human urine and drinks with satisfactory results.
