摘要
目的:建立用双波长双指示剂催化动力学光度法测定痕量银的新方法。方法:在pH4.5的HAc^NaAc缓冲介质中,有活化剂2,2′-联吡啶存在下,利用痕量Ag(I)催化过硫酸钾氧化次甲基绿和中性红褪色的指示反应,通过测量440 nm和660 nm下,催化体系和非催化体系吸光度的变化,用双波长双指示剂催化动力学光度法测定痕量银。结果:测定Ag(I)的线性范围为0.0050~0.050μg/ml,检出限为1.4×10-10g/ml。结论:该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,准确度好,可用于废水中痕量银的测定。
Objective: To establish a new dual - wavelength and dual - indicator catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amount of silver. Methods : Silver(I) was determined by dual - wavelength and dual - indicator catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method which was based on the silver(I) catalyzed oxidation of neutral red and methylene green by po- tassium persulfate in HAc - NaAc buffer medium (pH 4. 5) and 2,2' - bipyridyl as activator. The absorbance of the catalytic and uncatalytic systems were measured at 440 nm and 660 nm Results:The linear range of determination was 0. 00500-0. 0500 μg/ml. The detection limit was 1.4×10^-10 g/ml. Conclusion:The method is simple and of high sensitivity and good selectivity. It can be applied to the determination of silver in waster water.
