摘要
本文报道用毛细管气相色谱法测定大鼠脑内γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)和谷氨酸(Glu)含量在马桑内酯类药物作用下所发生的改变。结果表明马桑内酯能引起大鼠脑内Glu含量明显升高,而对GABA含量影响不明显。来用的气相色谱法快速、灵敏度高,GABA和Glu的相对偏差为3.3%和4.98%,回收率为80.5%和85.2%,此法是进行脑内GABA和Glu含量测定的较好方法。
Capillary chromatographywas applied to studying the contents of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and glutamicacid(Glu) in brain afrected by coriaria lac-tone. The results showed that there wasa significant increase in the content of Gluwhereas no significant change in the con-tent of GABA was noted. The precisionsfor GABA and Glu were 3.3% and 4.98%and the recoveries of them were 80.5% and85.2%, respectively. Capillary chromato-graphy is a good method tor daterminingthe contents of GABA and Glu in brain,which has the characteristics of rapidnessand high sensitivity.
