摘要
目的:研究神经元谷氨酸(Glu)合成、分解和分泌与癫痫发病的关系。方法:用致病剂马桑内酯(CL)处理培养大鼠海马神经元,用高效液相色谱仪、液体闪烁仪分别检测培养神经元内外Glu含量和神经元内谷氨酸脱羧酶(GAD)活性。结果:与对照组比较,CL致痫神经元内Glu浓度没有显著差异,神经元外Glu浓度显著升高(P<0.05),神经元内GAD活性显著增高(P<0.05)。结论:癫病发病中,痫性神经元Glu合成、分解、分泌增强。
Objective To study the relationship between the metabolism of glutamate (Glu) in hippocampus neurons arid the pathogenesis of epilepsy. Methods: The amount of Glu and glutamic decarboxylase (GAD) in coriaria lactone(CL) treated hippocampus neurons were detected by high performance liquid chromatograph(HPLC) and liquid -scintillation radioassary. Results: The amount of extracellular Glu and the activity of GAD in hippocampuas neurons treated with CL were markly higher than those in control group (P<0. 05). Conclusions: During the attake of epilepsy, the Glu in kindle hippocampus neurons synthesis, secret and decompose increased, which may by the cause of epilepsy attack.
