USING STZ TO INDUCE ANIMAL MODELS WITH TYPE 1 DIABETIC NEPHROPATHY

摘要 目的:本实验拟构建1型糖尿病肾病动物模型,为进一步进行糖尿病肾病实验研究提供基础。方法:采用STZ腹腔注射C57BL/6小鼠,观察一般情况,监测小鼠血糖、体重,检测24h尿蛋白。结果:1型糖尿病肾病动物模型构建成功。结论:采用STZ可成功诱导构建1型糖尿病肾病动物模型。 Objective:This study intends to construct animal models with type 1 diabetes nephropathy , and provides the basis of di-abetic nephropathy experiments for further study .Methods:By intraperitoneal injection of STZ in C57BL /6 mice ,we observe wheir general condition , monitor the blood sugar and body weight , detect the protein of 24 hours urinary .Results:The animal model with type 1 diabetes nephropathy is built successfuly .Conclusion:By using STZ ,we could successfully induce animal models with type 1 di-abetic nephropathy .
