1型糖尿病肾病患者血浆脂联素水平分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨1型糖尿病肾病患者血浆脂联素水平变化.方法:选取2012-06/2014-05我院收治的1型糖尿病肾病患者40例作为研究组,对照组为同期收治的健康者和单纯糖尿病患者40例.比较两组患者尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血尿素氮和血清肌酐、血清脂联素水平.根据尿白蛋白排泄率,将对照组患者分为单纯糖尿病(SDM)组(n=16)和正常对照(NC)组(n=24).研究组中,早期糖尿肾病(EDN)患者18例、临床期糖尿肾病(CND)患者22例.比较两组患者的脂联素、血尿素氮及血肌酐水平.结果:SDM组的血清脂联素水平显著高于NC组,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CND组血清脂联素水平相对SDM组、EDN组和NC组血清脂联素水平均显著升高.EDN组和CND组血清脂联素水平较SDM组显著升高(P<0.05),血清脂联素水平和尿白蛋白排泄率、年龄、病程呈正相关(P<0.05);血清脂联素水平与肾小球滤过率、WHR、BMI呈负相关(P<0.05).结论:1型糖尿病肾病患者血脂联素水平和UAER有着密切关系.
