摘要
系统地研究了石煤无盐焙烧酸浸生产五氧化二钒的工艺技术 ,提出了各工序的工艺条件。焙烧转化率 57% ,锻烧回收率 98% ,总收率 47%～ 50 % ,具有较好的经济效益和有效地改进了环境污染。
The process of producing vanadium pentoxide from bone coal vanadium mine without salt roasting and acid leaching, was systematically studied. The technical conditions for various processes were:baking conversion efficiency, 57%; roasing recovery, 98%; total recovery, 47%~50%. It has better economical benefit and effectively improves the environment poilution.
