摘要
研究石煤氧压直接酸浸提钒新工艺。结果表明,在浸出时间3~4h、浸出温度150℃、液固质量比1.2∶1、矿石粒度-74μm条件下,经两段氧压酸浸后,钒的浸出率可达90%以上。
A new technology on vanadium extraction from stone-coal by acid leaching under oxygen pressure is investigated. The results show that the more than 90% of vanadium leaching rate is achieved by two-step oxygen pressure acid leaching process in condition of leaching time for 3 -4h, temperture at 150℃, liquid-solid ratio 1.2:1 and ore particle size -0. 074mm.
