摘要
含钒石煤是我国的一种新型钒矿资源。本文研究了NaCl在石煤提钒中的作用。结果表明,NaCl可将束缚在粘土矿物晶体结构中的钒解离出来。并能提高V(Ⅲ)向V(V)的价态转化率和焙烧转化率(可溶性钒/全钒)。钒的价态转化率与焙烧转化率存在着内在联系。在石煤提钒过程中,只有钒的价态转化率提高了。
Vanadium stone coal is a new type of Vanadium ore. The roles played by sodium chloride(NaCl)in extracting Vanadium from stone coal are studied here. The results indicate that Vanadium fettered in crystal structure of clay mineral can been untied by NaCl in the process of extracting Vanadium from stone coal. At same time, the rate of V(Ⅲ)was oxidised into V(V),and the ratio of dissolvable Vanadium and all Vanadium in products roasted have been raised. There are internal relation between both the rate and ratio. Only when the ratio of that V(Ⅲ) was oxidised into V(V) raised, can the ratio of dissolvable Vanadium and all Vanadium in products roasted enhance.
