摘要
研究了采用焙烧-浸出工艺从某硅酸盐型钒矿石中浸出钒,确定了最佳工艺条件。在800℃下焙烧3 h,将焙砂磨细至-0.074 mm占80%,然后在70℃温度下浸出0.5 h,钒浸出率可达85%。
Leaching of Vanadium from silicate-type vanadium ore has been research by roasting and leaching using acid. The optimal conditions were determined that roasting temperature was 800 ℃, roasting time was 3 h, ore granularity was 80 % for 0. 074 mm diameter granule. Leaching rate of vanadium was up to 85 % at the conditions of leaching temperature of 70℃ and leaching time of 0.5h.
