摘要
以钒矿石为原料,加入自制添加剂A,经焙烧、一段水浸、二段过氧化氢浸出提取钒。结果表明,该钒矿样混入8%添加剂A于810℃焙烧4 h、常温下水浸8 h后再用1%过氧化氢浸24 h,钒浸出率达70%以上。该方法得到较高浸出率的同时也大大减少了对环境的污染,应用前景广阔。
Vanadium ore was used as a raw material,and vanadium was extracted via roasting with additive which made by ourselves, then first leaching by water and second leaching by H2O2. The experiment results showed that about 70% of the vanadium can be leached after roasted 4 h at 810 ℃ while mixing 8% additive. The water leaching experiment was carried out at normal temperature for 8 h, then 1% H2O2 leaching for 24 h. This method can achieve high recovery for vanadium and little pollution of environment, therefore it would have an extensive future.
