摘要
为了提高光学塑料表面的耐擦伤强度 ,本文采用溶胶 凝胶法 ,在光学塑料表面上镀制了具有一定耐磨性和强度的耐磨涂层 ,并介绍了光学塑料表面预处理的方法和采用溶胶 凝胶法在化学镀膜机上制备耐磨涂层的基本工艺 ;
To improv the surface-resistance of optical plastics,an abrasion-resistant film was coated on PMMA through sol-gel route.The pretreatment of optical element,the coating solution preparation and the coating procedure are described.Finally,the factors influencing coating process are discussed.
