摘要
传统的塑料模具设计及注射成型工艺参数对经验的依赖性较强 ,难以满足高精度光学塑料元件的成型需求。采用 CAD/CAE技术对光学塑料透镜注射成型的充模及保压过程进行了计算机动态模拟 ,研究了不同注射温度、压力、时间和保压温度、压力。
It is difficult to meet the requirement of molding high precision optics plastic lens because the experience play an important role in the traditional plastic mold design and molding process. The dynamic process of injection and holding for optical plastic lenses is simulated by means of CAD/CAE technology. The effect of pressure, temperature and cycle on the surface figure of the lenses during injection and holding process is discussed.
