摘要
介绍了光纤密封工艺,分析了密封光纤束的原理,探讨了光纤束中光纤单丝间、光纤与耦合件间以及耦合件与护套管间的三方面密封工艺方法,通过对三方面密封处理,解决了光纤束的密封问题,由此可见"采用光纤端面加光导柱,辅以机械密封方法"是一种相对成熟的密封工艺,并提出了一种光纤束密封性能检测的简易装置。
Based on the principles of sealing optical fiber bundles, methods for sealing between single fibers in a bundle, sealing between fibers and couplers and sealing between couplers and jacketing tubes were explored. By practising sealings at these three locations, solutions for sealing optical fiber bundles have been obtained, and it has been found that adding a light guide member to the fiber end face plus mechanical sealing is a relatively mature technology. A simple device for testing the sealing results has been developed as well.
