摘要
以甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)水解产物为主要成膜物质,加入正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)作为无机增强物,通过调节混合溶液的pH值,使两者发生水解缩合反应,通过浸涂法,在聚碳酸酯(PC)上热固化制备了有机硅增硬涂层;采用DSC/TG对固化过程进行了表征,结果表明,采用二月桂酸二丁基锡为固化剂,在120℃下固化3 h,可有效地将PC表面的硬度提高到3H。
The abrasion -resistant silicone coating was prepared from hydrolyzed and condensed methyltriethoxysilane(MTES) and tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) in the solution at proper pH. These coatings are dip -coated onto polycarbonate and thermally cured to obtain a hard coatings. The thermally cured process was characterized by DSC/TG, and the results show that when the dibutyhin dilaurate is used as catalyst and heat - treated at 120 ℃ for 3 hours, the coating can effectively improve the hardness of polycarbonate surface up to 3H.
