摘要
目的研究筋骨草对常见病原菌的抑制作用,及对小白鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬作用的影响,研究筋骨草的抗感染效果。方法配制热炎宁溶液及筋骨草治疗药物溶液,将其分为对照组及低中高浓度的治疗组,每组15孔,进行平皿琼脂扩散实验;同时取小白鼠分为对照组和低中高浓度的治疗组,每组30只,分别在第8天和第15天进行小白鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬实验,研究筋骨草的抗感染作用。结果筋骨草低、中、高剂量下,均能抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌的生长,低剂量的作用弱于热炎宁(P<0.05),中剂量的作用与热炎宁相当,高剂量的作用强于热炎宁(P<0.05);低剂量组小白鼠的吞噬率和吞噬指数低于对照组(P<0.05),中剂量组的小白鼠的吞噬率和吞噬指数与对照组相当,高剂量组的小白鼠的吞噬率和吞噬指数高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论筋骨草具有抗感染作用,能够明显抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌的生长,并能够增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the inhibiting effect of ajuga on common pathogens and the influence on phagocytosis of the peritoneal macrophage of rats so as to study the anti -infection effect of ajuga .METHODS Reyanning solution and ajuga therapeutic solution were prepared and were divided for use of control group and treatment groups of low , moderate and high concentrations ;each group had 15 holes to conduct agar plate diffusion test ;meanwhile ,the rats were divided into control group and treatment groups of low ,moderate and high concentrations ,and each group had 30 rats ;rat peritoneal macrophage test was respectively performed on the 8th day and the 15th day to study the anti -infection effect of ajuga .RESULTS All the low ,moderate and high dose of ajuga can inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus ,S .epidermidis ,Klebsiella pneumonia ,Escherich-ia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,low dose effect was weaker than Reyanning ,high dose effect was stronger than Reyanning .The low dose of ajuga had weaker effect than reyanning (P〈0 .05) ,the moderate dose of ajuga had equivalent effect to reyanning ,and the high dose of ajuga had stronger effect than reyanning (P〈0 .05);the phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of the rats in low dose group were lower than that of the control group (P〈0 .05) ,the phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of the rats in moderatedose group were equivalent to that of the control group(P〈0 .05) ,the phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of the mice in high dose group were higher than that of the control group(P〈0 .05) .CONCLUSIONS Ajuga has anti-infection effect and can significantly inhibit the growth of S . aureus , S . epidermidis , K . pneumoniae , E . coli and P . aeruginosa , and can enhance the phagocytosis of the peritoneal macrophages of mice .
