摘要
目的分析紫背金盘中挥发油的成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取紫背金盘中的挥发油,用GC-MS法测定和分析其化学组分。结果鉴定出42个化学成分,相对峰面积为99.2%。结论本实验为紫背金盘的综合利用开发提供了实验依据。
Objective To analyze the volatile constituents of Ajuga nipponensis Makino.Methods The chemical components of essential oil from Ajuga nipponensis Makino were extracted by steam distillation extraction(SD),The chemical components in the oil were analyzed by GC-MS.Results 42 kinds of chemical composition were identified,the relative area was 99.2%.Conclusion The result provides value reference to the development and utilization of Ajuga nipponensis Makino.
