Progress on chemical constituents and biological activities of the genus Ajuga

摘要 筋骨草属植物的化学成分主要包括二萜、甾体、环烯醚萜苷、黄酮类等,现代研究表明筋骨草属植物具有抗氧化、抗疟、抗菌、抗炎等药理活性,具有良好研发前景。本文对近10年来该属植物的化学成分和药理活性研究进展进行综述,为其进一步的研究与开发提供参考。 A large number of compounds have been isolated from the genus Ajuga, mainly including neoclerodane diterpenes, phytoecdysteroids, iridoid glycosides, flavonoids, and so on. The plants also possess a hroad spectrum of biological activities, such as antioxidant, antimalarial, antifungal, as well as antiinflammatory. Thus, genus Ajuga has significant medicinal and economic importance. In this article, we sum up the progress on the studies of chemical constituents and biological activities in the genus Ajuga in the last ten years for further study and exploit.
