摘要
对中国红豆杉细胞悬浮培养过程中细胞生长和紫杉醇累积及培养液的电导率变化规律进行了研究,实验表明,细胞悬浮培养过程中随着细胞生物量与紫杉醇含量的增加,培养液的电导率逐渐下降,细胞生长和紫杉醇累积曲线与培养液的电导率曲线恰成镜像相关,当生物量达到最高时电导率达到并稳定于最低;紫杉醇累积的高峰滞后于细胞生物量的高峰2 ~3 d;电导率可作为红豆杉细胞培养中确定生物量和紫杉醇累积高峰期的监测指标。
The study on cell growth and Taxol accumulation and change of conductivity of the medium in cell suspension culture of Taxus chinensis showed that the conductivity of the medium was decreased gradually when the cell yield and Taxol contents were increased in cell suspension culture.The cell growth and Taxol accumulation curves are correlated inversely with the change curve of the conductivity of the culture medium.The conductivity was stabilized at the lowest when the cells biomass reaches the highest;the h...
