摘要 药用植物4.0是信息技术、生物技术与药用植物高度融合的技术创新体系。基于药用植物跨组学生物学、药效学数据采集与挖掘,药用植物4.0搭建了药用植物跨组学大数据平台,通过跨组学大数据的集成与分析,解读药用植物形态、生态、组学与药效,以及药效与疾病间的关系,推进自然资源到数字资源的转变,为人工智能(AI)式药物筛选等创新工具开发提供数据支撑,实现药用植物资源与新药的智慧创制。药用植物4.0未来将着眼于药用植物精准栽培、药效单体生物制药、健康产品及中药肽的智慧创制,以期实现药用植物资源保护与开发利用的协调发展,为大健康产业发展所需资源和产品研发提供支撑,为实施“健康中国”战略提供物质基础。 Medicinal Plants 4.0 is a technology innovation system that highly integrates information technology,biotechnology,and medicinal plants.Based on the multi-omics data collection and mining of biology and pharmacodynamics of medicinal plants,a multi-omics big data platform for medicinal plants has been built under the Medicinal Plants 4.0 initiative.With this platform,the multi-omics big data can be integrated to interpret the relationship of morphology,ecology,and omics with the efficacy of medicinal plants,as well as the relationship between efficacy and disease,which will promote the transformation from natural resources to digital resources.Further,it will provide data support for the development of innovative tools such as artificial intelligence-assisted drug screening and help realize the intelligent development of medicinal plant resources and new drugs.The Medicinal Plants 4.0 initiative will focus on precise cultivation of medicinal plants,biological production of pharmacodynamic monomers,and intelligent development of health products and Chinese medicinal peptides,aiming to realize the coordination of the conservation and utilization of medicinal plant resources,support the research and development of the products for the one-health industry development,and lay a material foundation for implementing the Healthy China initiative.
