摘要
目的分析大兴安岭北五味子种子的转录组信息。方法利用转录组测序获得Unigene序列,将Unigene与七大功能数据库注释进行比对注释、SSR分析与CDS预测,得到大兴安岭北五味子转录组的信息。结果转录组测序共获得19.41G的CleanData,各样本的有效数据量分布在6.26~6.72 G,Q30碱基分布在95.47%~96.07%,平均GC含量为47.73%。拼接出Unigene 23149条。大兴安岭北五味子与莲科植物Nelumbo nucifera序列相似度最高,17755个基因注释到非冗余蛋白序列数据库(NR),4228个基因注释到京都基因与基因组百科全书数据库(KEGG),10821个基因注释到真核生物蛋白相邻类的聚簇数据库(KOG),11727个(50.66%)基因注释到基因本体论数据库(GO)。预测出SSRs 7468个和20468条CDS序列。结论结果可为深入研究大兴安岭北五味子生物学特性及分子机制等提供参考,有利于其资源开发和保护利用。
Objective eTo obtain the transcriptome information of Daxing'an Mountains Wuweizi seeds.Methods After transcriptome sequencing,the Unigene sequence was obtained,and the Unigene was compared with the seven functional database annotations,SSR analysis and CDS prediction to obtain the information of the Wuweizitranscriptome.Results sA total of 19.41G of Clean Data was obtained from transcriptome sequencing.The effective data volume of each sample was distributed at 6.26~6.72 G,Q30 base was distributed at 95.47%~96.07%,and the average GC content was 47.73%.Unigene 23149 strips.Daxing'an Mountains Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill and Nelumbo nucifera had the highest sequence similarit.Due to annotations to the NR database,13531 genes were annotated to the Swissprot database,4228 genes were annotated to the KEGG Database,10821 genes were annotated to the KOG database of adjacent classes of eukaryotic proteins,and 11727(50.66%)genes were annotated to the GO Database.It was predicted that 7468 SSRs,20468 CDS sequences were predicted.Conclusion The research results enrich the transcriptome data of Daxing'an Mountains Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill,provide a reference for in-depth study of the biological characteristics and molecular mechanisms of Daxing'an Mountains Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill,and also conducive to the development,protection and utilization of its resources.
