摘要
通过对目前中小学教师在校本研修过程中,面临时间和空间拓展、同伴互助、专家引领等困惑的研究,进一步阐述了校本研修在国内开展的现状表现,并分析了造成这些现状的深层次原因,从而提出解决校本研修存在问题的合理对策。
In the current middle and primary school teachers in school -based training process, teachers are facing the confusion of time, space, peer coaching and expert guidance. This article expounds the present situation of school-based training performance in China,and also analyzes the deep-seated causes of this situation, in order to solve the problems of school-based research reasonable countermeasures.
