摘要
分析涉外酒店专业学生英语服务能力的现状及其原因,对提升学生英语服务能力的路径进行探讨,提出在酒店英语教学设计和实践中应该以职业英语能力发展为中心,建立校企合作的实践教学平台,充分利用现代教学手段和运用情景教学法,多途径培养学生的综合语言服务能力。
Based on the analyses of current situation of English service ability of Foreign Hotel Management majors and possible causes ,this essay probes into relevant ways of its improvement such as making the capability development of vocational English the center of the teaching design and practice of the course of Hotel English ,establishing a platform of practical teaching based on school-enterprise cooperation ,making full use of modern teaching methods as well as the situational teaching approach ,and cultivating students＆#39;comprehensive language service ability in different ways .
