摘要
现代职业教育的发展,校企合作育人机制的完善,都需要对课程体系进行改革。以现代学徒制和双元制为指导,设计适应职业能力培养的工学一体化课程体系,将项目式培训、实习课程贯穿于人才培养的始终,制定企校主导联合育人的课程标准,加强企业文化熏陶,均有助于构建涉外酒店管理专业"二元制"培养课程体系,为现代学徒制下的技术技能人才培养提供保障。
The development of modern vocational education and improvement of the school-enterprise cooperation education system are required to reform the curriculum system. Under the guidance of modem apprenticeship and dual system, designing reasonable curriculum system integrated with work and learning, involving in project-based training courses and exercitation courses through, formulating the curriculum standard for school-enterprise cooperation and strengthening the edification of enterprise culture play a positive role in building dual system cultivation system for foreign-related hotel management major, which can offer safeguard for the skilled talents cultivation in modern apprenticeship situation.
