摘要
国际酒店业的迅猛发展给旅游院校的饭店英语教学带来了更多的挑战和动力。如何进一步培养和提高酒店管理和服务人才的国际职业应聘能力和语言能力等,提高专业外语教学的国际化水平,改变原有的教学结构和教学模式,创造适合新时代的教学结构和模式,积极主动地紧密跟踪国内外旅游和酒店的最新发展动态,推进旅游学院酒店英语教学的全方位质量改革应引起我们的高度重视。
The rapid development of the world hotel industry has not only created new opportunity to our domestic developing hotel industry, but also brought us more challenges and motivations to our relevant education. So it’s quite necessary for us to strengthen the international profession skills and language abilities of the students in hotel management and service major, and improve the international teaching level and change old teaching structures and methods, initiating new ones which is proper to the new era, actively keeping up with the up-to-date tourism industry changing situation and hotel innovation all over the world and pushing on all-direction innovation of our hotel English teaching quality.
