摘要
在现阶段我国涉外酒店外语培训所存在影响因素和培训缺陷背景下,本文通过分析文化差异给酒店涉外服务交流带来的障碍,提出了提高酒店员工的语言跨文化交际能力培训方法:包括PPP模式I、PC模式、情景培训模式法并强调培训手段专业化与创新性。从而突出酒店外语培训的实用性而使酒店员工能够提供优质的服务,进而使酒店赢得更高的利润并增强其在经济全球化的酒店业中的竞争力。
According to the current situation and predicament of foreign language training that China's international hotels confront, this paper analyzes the relations between culture and language, summarizes the obstruction brought to the intercultural communication in hotels daily life. Furthermore, it focus on the analysis of the foreign language training problems and discussions on how to foster the cross-culture communicative skills for the trainees, and points out that scientific methods such as PPP model, IPC model and situational training, should be adopted with cross-cultural awareness cultivating.
