摘要
医疗机构国际联合委员会的质量管理和医院评审是一套结构完整且科学的医疗质量评价体系,《JCI标准》的每一章内容均可用于指导医疗活动,规范质量管理,患者和家属的教育(PFE)是JCI标准的一个章节,在医院评审中占有重要地位。本文介绍运用JCI的标准与理念,探讨全员参与的健康教育模式,促使健康教育质量持续改进。
The quality control and hospital accreditation of Joint Commission International of Heahhcare Organizations is a well-strnctured and scientific medical quality assessment system. Each chapter of JCI standard could be applied to guiding medical treatment and regulating quality management. Patient and family education （PFE） is one chapter of JCI standard and plays an important role in hospital accreditation. This article will apply JCI Philosophy and standard to the discussion of health education with total involvement to achieve continuous improvement of health education.
