摘要
目的分析梯度设计对匀浆方案临床应用的影响。方法比较分析350名营养会诊患者个体化应用梯度匀浆的干预效果;小样本回顾分析11名临床营养师对梯度和非梯度匀浆方案的操作效率;采用配对t检验进行统计分析。结果患者干预后营养改善相关评分显著优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);梯度匀浆方案的操作效率明显优于非梯度设计,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论梯度设计优化匀浆方案临床应用,能够完成匀浆喂养患者的个体化营养改善计划,显著提高匀浆方案应用效率。
Objective To analyze the impact of design gradient for clinical application of homogenate project. Methods Intervention effect of 350 patients with individualized use gradient homogenate after nutritional consultation were compared and analyzed; operate efficiency of homogenate project between gradient and non- gradient by small sample of 11 clinical nutritionist were retrospective analyzed; paired t- test for statistical analysis were applied. Results After intervene to patients,nutrition improvement relevant scored significantly better than before,the difference had statistically significant( P〈0. 05); operate efficiency of homogenate project that design gradient were much better than the design non- gradient,the difference had statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The clinical application of gradient design optimization homogenate program,can accomplish the individual nutrition improvement plan of the homogenate feeding patients,significantly improve the efficiency of the application of homogenate program.
