摘要
目的:为医院引进《美国医疗机构评审国际联合委员会医院评审标准》(JCI标准)并提高合理用药水平提供参考。方法:从服务观念、用药各环节探讨引进JCI标准对我院合理用药的影响。结果与结论:JCI标准的引进有利于转变药学部的工作观念和工作模式,其要求不仅应加强科室内部的质量保证和监控,还应逐渐向临床合作的形式转变,更好地为患者服务。在JCI标准下,通过设定工作重点,持续关注医疗过程质量和患者安全;加强交流,与药品使用相关的医务人员各司其职又协调合作;从药品采购到使用,对多个环节严密控制等措施,多环节监控合理用药,可真正实现以患者为中心的医疗服务理念。
OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the introduction of Joint Commission International Accreditation Standards for Hospitals（JCI standards） and improvement of rational drug use. METHODS： The influence of JCI standards on rational drug use in our hospital was investigated in respect of service concept and all links of drug use. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： JCI standards can significantly change the work pattern and concept of pharmacy department. It not only strengthens quality guarantee and monitoring in the department, but also shifts from traditional form to clinical co-operation gradually to provide better service for patients. Under JCI standards, we pay close attention to the quality of medical service process and patient＇ s safety by setting key points of work and strengthen the communication so that relevant medical staff perform their duty and co-operates. From drug purchase to application of drug, close control measures and monitoring of rational drug use for many links can achieve the patient-centered concept of medical service.
