摘要
食品是人类赖以生存的最基本的物质要素,食品中若含有危害人体的物质,会对人的健康甚至生命构成严重威胁。食品安全权利作为公民的一项基本权利,理应受到全方位的保护。本文以公民食品安全权的法律保护为视角,从我国现有立法出发,就立法存在的问题进行深入剖析,就食品安全权利法律保障的完善提出自己的见解。
Food is the most basic element in the survival of human being. It would pose a serious threat to i human health or even life if there are harmful materials in food. Food Safety Right, as a fundamental right of citizens, should be all-roundly protected. In the angle view of legal protection of citizen＇s Food Safety Right, from our existing legislation, this paper deeply analyses legislative problems, and proposes the author＇s own opinion on legal protection of Food Safety Right.
