自制食道合剂治疗急性放射性食管炎的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨在中央型肺癌放疗中自制食道合剂治疗急性放射性食管炎的疗效。方法:对127例中央型肺癌放疗所致急性放射性食管炎患者随机分组,实验组(69例)用自制食道合剂(普鲁卡因口服液、庆大霉素注射液、地塞米松注射液、山莨菪碱注射液混合物)饭前0.5 h口服;对照组(58例)用青霉素注射液、地塞米松注射液静脉输注。观察两组患者食管炎缓解情况。结果:治疗后第3天,实验组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后第7天,两组患者症状明显缓解,但两组疗效无统计学意义。结论:自制食道合剂治疗急性放射性食管炎疗效好,操作简单、经济实用。 Objective:Explore and discuss the effect of esophagus mixture treatment for acute radiative oesophagitis in the period of central lung carcinoma radiotherapy.Methods:127 patients of central lung carcinoma suffering from acute radiative oesophagitis were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(69 cases) received esophagus mixture of procaine hydrochloride oral liquid,gentamycin sulfate injection,dexamethasone injection and anisodamine injection half an hour before a meal.The control group(58 cases) received the intravenous infusion of penicillin injection and dexamethasone injection.The remission of oesophagitis in the two groups was observed.Results:The curative effect of the experimental group was better than the control group on the third day of treatment(P<0.05).The oesophagitis symptom released obviously on the seventh day in both two groups,but there is no statistic difference.Conclusion:The treatment of the mixture(procaine hydrochloride oral liquid,gentamycin sulfate injection,dexamethasone injection and anisodamine injection) was regarded as a good method for acute radiative osophagitis which is easily operated and cheap.
